Guided meditation – Going into the rabbit hole

In many spiritual traditions, the rabbit has long been a symbol of fertility, abundance, and new beginnings. This small and agile creature is often associated with the coming of spring, a time of growth and renewal. It is known for its ability to reproduce quickly and frequently.

In many Native American cultures, the rabbit is seen as a trickster, using its quickness and cunning to outsmart its enemies. The rabbit symbolizes adaptability and resourcefulness, as it can survive in various environments. In this context, the rabbit is often seen as a guide or mentor, helping people to find creative solutions to their problems.

In Chinese astrology, the rabbit is one of the 12 zodiac animals, and people born in the year of the rabbit are said to be gentle, kind, and compassionate. They are also known for their creativity and artistic ability.

The rabbit is often seen as a symbol of harmony and peace, and those born under this sign are thought to have a calming influence on others.

In some cultures, the rabbit is associated with the moon and is seen as a messenger between the earthly and spiritual realms. The rabbit’s nocturnal habits and sensitivity to the lunar cycles make it a natural symbol of the moon’s energy, which is thought to be a source of spiritual inspiration and wisdom.

The rabbit is also associated with the concept of rebirth and renewal. In many traditions, the rabbit is seen as a symbol of resurrection and the cycle of life, death, and rebirth because rabbits can reproduce quickly and frequently and are often associated with the coming of spring, a time of renewal and growth.

The spiritual meaning of the rabbit is complex and multifaceted. It is a symbol of fertility, abundance, and new beginnings, as well as adaptability, resourcefulness, and creativity. The rabbit is also associated with the moon, rebirth, and renewal. Whether as a guide, messenger, or symbol of spiritual inspiration, the rabbit is a powerful and important symbol in many spiritual traditions.

Every week in our Animal Communication for Soulful Living, connect with animals and listen to their wisdom. This soothing energy from animals is very healing and calming. It grounds us to mother earth. Animals have a unique vibration they share with us, an animal code. I am honoured to channel this code and share it in their meditation.

This meditation we are connecting with this is Reishi! He is an 11-month-old rabbit who was rescued at six weeks old. He’s incredibly smart. He’s also sweet, gentle, playful, and mischievous. He is affectionate and trusting but definitely on his terms. Enjoy this meditation with this fantastic animal.
