Animal Communication sessions are conducted intuitively, by phone or Zoom. I will call you or contact you by Zoom at the confirmed appointment time.

Reiki sessions are done as distance sessions, or in-person if situated in nearby facilities. For distance sessions, I will start the Reiki at the appointed time. You do not need to be with your animal companion for the Reiki, but I suggest that the animal’s environment be calm so that they can receive the full benefit of the Reiki.

At all times, animals are in charge of how much Reiki they take. It is never forced upon them – and this is communicated to them in a clear, loving, and respectful manner at the beginning of the session. With my convenient and easy to use scheduling system Calendly, you can schedule an appointment for the date, time, and length of your choice and make the payment. I use PayPal as a payment system, which requires a credit card for payment.

All consultations are in the Mountain Time Zone (MST). When looking at available consultation times, please check your time zone compared to the Mountain Time Zone (MST) by visiting The World Time Zone Service

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Your scheduled consultation time has been reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please provide 24 or more hours’ notice. Appointments canceled within 24 hours and missed appointments with no notice will not be refunded.

Payments / Cancellations


Payments must be made in full at the time of scheduling. I accept major credit cards via the third-party payment processor (currently PayPal). You are also subject to other terms and conditions according to PayPal (link to be added – https://www.paypal.com/za/webapps/mpp/ua/legalhub-full) (Please contact PayPal for further information on their system policies and customer payment support problems.)


I require a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice to cancel an appointment for a refund (less any if charged to us by PayPal.) Scheduled consultation times are reserved exclusively for the person making the appointment, unless otherwise previously agreed upon by Sagittarius Way.

As a courtesy to Renee’s full schedule of animal client commitments and other clients waiting for appointments, please give 24 hours (or more) notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Missed appointments with no notice and appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the consultation fee.

Appointments canceled before 24 hours may be charged PayPal transaction fees and other costs where applicable.

Please understand I run a scheduled professional office like any other profession based on appointments (I.E. accountants, doctors, lawyers, etc.) all of whom charge for missed appointment times simply because it costs time from our schedule when a client misses their appointment.

I cannot provide refunds for missed sessions due to client scheduling errors, malfunctioning customer phones/hardware or equipment issues on the client end, non-acceptance of Skype contact (when required for the session), and other situations considered unreasonable beyond Sagittarius Way control. I make every attempt to contact you at all numbers listed on your form and I will always do my best to help you find the most convenient day and time for your appointment, it is your responsibility to be aware of your agreed session time.

Satisfaction and Refund Policy for Animal Communication Sessions

I bring all the goodness of my soul, compassion, and skill to each session. During an animal communication session, I take time to listen, and to be present and empathetic with your animals and you to work for all of your highest good. I take time to communicate the information I receive, lovingly, supportively, and without judgment.

If there is any confusion from you or your animals, or if you have questions about the information received, please let me know during the session and I will take the time to clarify your messages to each other.

If you are unhappy with the messages from your animals and/or are unhappy with the session in general, and if you make that clear to me during a session, I will be happy to end the session and refund the unused time on a pro-rated basis.

If you are unhappy with the messages from your animals and/or are unhappy with the session in general, but do not communicate this with me until after an animal communication session, a refund will not be provided.

My goal is for you and your animal family to be helped by the services that I offer. However, no animal communicator can guarantee that a client will be pleased with what their animal has to say or how the animal feels. You may not agree with, like, or even believe what your animal is communicating.

Professional animal communicators work ethically to communicate with our animal and human clients, but we cannot assume responsibility for the reactions you may have to your animals’ messages.

Satisfaction and Refund Policy for Animal Reiki Sessions

No refunds are provided for Reiki sessions that have already been given. Additionally, although Reiki can be beneficial in supporting the body’s natural self-healing abilities, no Reiki practitioner can guarantee that it will help improve the quality of life for any animal or human.

We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat any medical or mental health condition. Reiki, Animal Reiki, and/or animal communication are not a replacement for qualified veterinary care.
