Invoking ancient wisdom

Our workshop begins with a guided meditation focusing on protection and purification, helping participants connect with the horse’s symbolism as a guardian and protector. This meditation will set the tone for the session, encouraging reflection through journaling and optional sharing at the end.

Crafting with nature

Participants will learn to use raffia, twine, and locally foraged herbs to craft their smudge sticks. We will explore techniques such as gathering, foraging, tying, and knotting. This workshop is designed for everyone, regardless of prior creative experience or skills. Our step-by-step guidance ensures that each participant can personalize their smudge stick with their own insights and unique touches.
